美國的價(jià)值觀輸出與全球戰(zhàn)略布局(9)

歷史上,美國曾試圖使用和平演變和高壓就范戰(zhàn)略來改變中國政體,但均未成功。這其中的深刻原因,不是美國不夠努力、策略不得法,而是中國找到了一條具有本國特色的社會(huì)主義道路。中國的理念、制度和道路具有強(qiáng)大抗壓性和生命力,具有抵御西方價(jià)值理念滲透的免疫力。實(shí)踐證明,異質(zhì)國家是否會(huì)被美國等西方國家所滲透、演變和顛覆,不取決于西方國家,而是決定于自己,只要選擇好適合自己國情的正確的政治制度和發(fā)展道路,就能“任憑風(fēng)吹雨打,我自巋然不動(dòng)”。

The Export of American Values and Its Global Strategic Arrangement

Abstract: Since the US established its world hegemonic status, its global strategy has been to maintain and strengthen its leadership across the world and shape the world according to its values. The US tries to attain its global strategic objectives through military containment, institutional constraints and conceptual influence. In the arrangement of the strategic forces, military forces are the key. Concerning the entire U.S. global military arrangement, Europe and the Asia Pacific are undoubtedly a strategic focus, with the aim to guard against, deter and contain Russia and China. By dominating the establishment of the international system and controlling the international order, the US has maintained and consolidated its leading position in the world, and on the basis of the new strategic situation in the 21st century, it still tries to lead the reshaping of the international order to maintain its hegemony in the system. The export of values are an important means for the US to achieve its global strategic objectives, and are the integration of American idealism and realism. Through peaceful evolution, exercise of high pressure, and forceful intrusion, the US implements the strategy of exporting values to the heterogeneous countries, so as to serve its global strategy.
